I'm curious how many business out there, especially small businesses and micropreneurs are physically doing a budget each month before the month begins? I think many business owners manage the business's finances the way they manage their personal finances. They typically pay the bills as they come in and look at the P&L at the end of the month or quarter to find out if they were profitable.
I think that's a bad way to operate, but I know it's the norm. So for the business owners out there, what are you doing in terms of a business budget?
