10 Feb Your God May Be Small
How are you spending your time? We’re already in the second month of the year, and many of you have had some very exciting goals set to go after. So, where are those goals now and are you still pursuing them?
It’s still early, so if you’ve given up on them, try to use this write-up to help motivate you and get you back on track.
Think about this…
If you are still sitting on a plan, or an idea, and haven’t moved then perhaps the idea does not inspire you enough to take action. If you find yourself drifting through life even after you’ve identified your goals, then maybe those goals are not worth pursuing. You may start to get the illusion that you’re not mounting to much, or that you’re lazy.
Well, I’m here to inform you that you are not lazy. As a matter of fact, you are far from lazy, you’re a creation of God meant to do great things, and God does not create lazy people. God created people of real creative power who will do great things if they will choose to unleash their potential.
I think it was Tony Robbins that once said, “people are not lazy, they simply have impotent goals, or goals that do not inspire them”.
So, if you’re not inspired by your goal, find out what does inspire you, and change your course!
The only thing that can hold you back is you, and your willingness to step forward and make a difference in your life and others. And that means don’t be afraid to dream, and dream big!
I believe I heard Joel Osteen say something similar, “The size of your dreams or prayers give us a pretty accurate picture of the size of your God.”
So how much credit of awesome creative power would you like to give to your God? You can make that decision by choosing how much credit of awesome creative power to give to your dreams.
Tip: Find out what really inspires you TODAY, and go after it like there is no tomorrow!
