Finding a part time job in addition to working a full time job can be a good solution to make some extra coin. However, you want to find a second job that is flexible enough to not interfere with your first job. Some good examples are delivering papers, or delivering pizzas. Both of these jobs usually hire people for the off hours and will allow you to work a full time job as well.
3. List your services online
If you have a technical skill, it is much easier to get work these days. If you are a good computer programmer or iPhone app developer you should list your services on Elance.com. 4. Buy for less and sell for more
Finding items for less and selling them for more is easy to do. You can go to a thrift store and on certain days they will often have a certain color tag that is $1 for that day. This includes furniture. So imagine buying a desk for $1 and then selling it for $50. Another good place to find cheap items to resell would be garage sales. People are just looking to get rid of their stuff and often times they do not care what they get for their stuff.
5. Rent out a room in your house
This is not typically recommended if you are married, however, if you are single, why not give it a shot. If you have a couple extra bedrooms and can rent them out for $400 a piece, that would give you an extra $800 per month to pay down debt! Not too shabby, right?
